Biography

Seán is a Senior Executive Fire Prevention Officer for Dublin Fire Brigade Fire Prevention Section. Seán has gained in excess of 15 years’ experience in Fire Safety Engineering working as a Fire Safety Consultant on projects in Ireland, UK, Mainland Europe, and further afield including Iraq and United Arab Emirates. In recent years Seán joined Dublin Fire Brigade as a Fire Prevention Officer.  Current responsibilities include implementation of the Building Control Act and the Fire Services Act.  Seán also represents Dublin Fire Brigade on National Committees for Standards Development.
