Biography

Pierse Bennion is the Chairperson of the Construction Specialist Section of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health – Ireland Branch. Pierse has 40 years of construction experience in a variety of roles. He qualified with a MSc Environmental, Health and Safety from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2011. He is a member of the Construction Safety Partnership Action Committee and a lecturer in Managing Safety in Construction a construction management course accredited by the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health. Pierse served as an International Expert on a collaboration between the Dublin Institute of Technology and the Romanian Institute for Health and Safety at Work as part of a European funded Project.
