Biography

Nicks passion is Hard FM and in particular ‘Compliance’. Having worked for several outsourced providers and clients in the private and public sectors, the lack of consistency has given Nick many operational challenges and pressures that he is now striving to address on behalf of the industry. Nick Chaired an IWFM Leaders Forum on Hard FM Compliance in 2017 and this was the start of a journey to educate and try and bring a consistent approach to an area so close to many peoples hearts
