Biography

Neil has spent over 30 years in the integrated global FM, energy management and smart building technologies sectors. An experienced strategic marketing leader, stakeholder engagement practitioner and business journalist, with experience working both in-house or as a consultant to a number of major global corporations, governments, universities and business organisations.  He has extensive knowledge of a number of market sectors, including; Life Sciences, Science & Technology, Healthcare, Airports, Stadia, Education and Critical Environments. As part of his Scientific Engagement role within CBRE, Neil leads the Scientific FM Forum and Scientific Customer Experience Programs and is actively engaged with a number of global groups, conferences and industry events focused on the scientific workplaces of both the present and the future.
